That's pretty much all you need to play the song, the outro is just the same as the verse really.
As for effects, I take the middle channel down on the eq and use a little chorus and reverb.

I think that's a flanger ( electric mistress) not phaser. Pretty sure ;)

pretty good tab used it when jamming, sounds next to perfect defineltly recomend it.

They use a Flanger, but a Phaser works too, and throw a Chorus on top to really give that creepy space sound.
