But isn't she lovely made from love
use this as a sort of walking baseline through the verse:
e|----------------------------------------------------------|
B|----------------------------------------------------------|
G|----------------------------------------------------------|
D|----------------------------------------------------------|
A|--4-(C#m7)----------1-2-(B7sus2)-----------------------3--|
E|----------3-2-(F#13)-------------1-0-(E)---5-4-(G#7b13)---|
and through the chorus:
e|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
G|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
A|------------------------3-4-(C#m9)------------1-2-(B7sus2)-------|
E|--6-5-(A7)-5-4-(G#7b13)------------3-2-(F#13)---------------(E)--|
then play the little diddy that comes right after the chorus:
e|------------------|
B|------------------|
G|-------------5-5~-|
D|----------4h6-----|
A|-----2h4/6--------|
E|--2h4-------------|
just replay the verse everytime for each verse (duh) and follow each verse with a
Should sound very close to the original with a little jazzy flavor thrown into the fray for fun.

The transcription is in the right key, but some of the chords aren't right.
The chords for the intro and A-section: C#m, F#9, B11, E
The B-section: Amaj7, G#7b9 going to G#7, C#m7, F#9, B11, E

Just a notice for this TAB from the original writer of the TAB, the last series of notes after the chorus begins on the A string, not the E as is indicated above. Shouldn't take too long to figure out this song, just get in the habit of VERY fast chord changes with the walking bassline under it. And please....have fun with it. Play it for your lady (or guy, whatever floats your boat...) and relax. :)
