NOTE: I am discussing the chord names based on the shapes used in standard tuning, not tuned down 2 whole steps, as they're titled in the tab (when I say "E" I mean C in this tuning). I'm describing the fingering-- not the names of chords you will be playing if you tune down. If the chord names confuse you, just look at the tab below.
Perfect, except I think that on the second to last line, the C#maj7b5, it sounds much better with an F as the bass note instead of an open E (so that the next line resolves with the E). And, if you change the optional note (2nd fret, 5th string) to match (3rd fret), you end up with a simple E-barre F (as earlier in the song), except with the second string left open (I'm not sure how to name an F with the second string left open so I'm leaving the name of the chord you used). It's simpler and sounds right. Then, that F (C#) resolves in the next line to an E (C). So like this:
