Well the mistake is that it is played in D tuning, not drop D. Look at bars 149-151 of the guitar solo, do you really think it would be played like that? Standard D tuning allows that whole section to be played on the A string without the awkward multiple string skips, which is how it's done if you watch DT play the song at Download.
The notes are more or less correct though.

I'm fairly sure Myung plays this DEADGC as opposed to BEADGC, as he does in Endless Sacrifice and a few others. Other than that, perfect tab.
