Spohr heard the opus 100 quintets performed in 1821 . Date of composition not known with certainty, I believe - Reicha's opus numbers go around and about with little concern for such things (his opus 96 octet is for instance - I seem to recall - a fairly early work believed or maybe even known to have been written before the wind quintets, even the ones with lower opus numbers). - Schissel
