Very good chart! The bridge would work as written, but try (instead of the B) a B7sus4 going quickly to a B7 Or, in the key of the recording: Eb Gm Eb D7sus4 D7

Not necessarily as written but it works if you don’t like barring for the individual string picked notes at the end of phrases (like me!). Neil Diamond generally wrote and performed using open chords, so may even be relatively authentic?
