An arrangement of the Gene Harris original composition. The tune begins a cappella with the basses singing the bass line as played by Luther Hughes, with the rest of the choir singing the "short" chords. Two statements of the head--one unison, one four-part followed by an open solo section and a wonderful shout chorus and solo backgrounds based on Gene's piano solo. Recorded by the Gene Harris Quartet on A Little Bit of Heaven (Concord Records CCD-4578). SATB with rhythm.
