A romantic era style work, nine pages long, in ten sections, with many changes of mood and speed. Section 1 is a 16-bar very simple sweet melody. It is followed by a different but also sweet melody, a little more complex in nature, again in 16 bars. Section 3 changes key, comprising another simple sweet 16-bar melody. A long beautiful 48 bar simple melodic Legatissimo section follows, reminiscent of the first movement of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. A dramatic change of mood occurs in the 5th Spiritoso section, which is fast and more difficult.
